A session on Stress Management for Faculty & students was organized by Medical Education Unit & Happiness & Wellness Department on 4.11.23 from Lecture Hall 4, KMCT Medical College.
Dr Divya G Krishnan, Coordinator, Medical Education unit welcomed the gathering and introduced the Guest Speaker College Nisar Ahmed Seethi, Director Social Advancement Foundation of India(SAFI).
Dr Vijish Venugopal, Principal KMCT Medical College also spoke on the occasion. The session emphasised on various modalities of stess Management like exercises, yoga and meditation techniques for routine self care. The session was greatly appreciated by all the participants.
